Lucky Home Health Care LLC is a fully licensed PCA (Personal Care Assistance) and PCPO agency (Personal Care Provider Organization) that serves Medical Assistance and MN Care recipients across Minneapolis and surrounding areas. We offer individualized care plans for safety and well-being at home and provide dedicated support led by a professional registered nurse.
